Terms of Service
Last updated 16 September 2026
These terms apply when you use this website, send us an enquiry, or take part in a problem call or man-hour assessment with us. Building and running a system for you is governed by a separate written agreement.
Who these terms are with
This website is operated by Arohan Solution and Services LLP, a limited liability partnership registered in India (GSTIN 24ACPFA1718A1ZW), with its principal place of business at Second Floor, Flat No. C2-202, Suvarna Bhoomi, Nana Mava Road, Opp. Speed Well Party Plot, Rajkot, Gujarat 360004, India. Prakreon is a brand of Arohan Solution and Services LLP. In these terms, "we" and "us" mean Arohan Solution and Services LLP.
By using https://prakreon.com, submitting the enquiry form, or taking part in a problem call or assessment, you agree to these terms. If you are acting for a company, you confirm you are authorised to accept these terms on its behalf.
Our reply to your enquiry
When you describe a problem through the enquiry form, WhatsApp or email, we read it and reply, free of charge and with no obligation on either side. The reply either suggests a problem call about the process or explains why we do not think one is worthwhile. It is based only on what you have told us. It is not an assessment, not a fixed-scope proposal, and not a guarantee of any particular result.
We aim to reply to form enquiries within two business days, but that is a target rather than a commitment. We may decline to take an enquiry further — for example where we do not think we can add useful value, where the description is too limited to work from, or where the request falls outside what we do. If we decline, we will tell you. Concluding that AI is not the right answer for your process is a legitimate reply, and one we give.
The problem call and man-hour assessment
The problem call is a conversation of about 30 minutes about one process in your business: who does the work, how often, and how long it takes. It is free. We do not need confidential information for the call, so please do not share any.
The man-hour assessment. If the call suggests the process is worth measuring, we may offer an assessment. An assessment starts only after both parties have signed a mutual non-disclosure agreement (NDA), and after we have agreed in writing what it covers and whether any fee applies. We offer it free of charge to our first clients.
In an assessment we measure the hours the process takes today from records you provide — such as registers, logs or sent-mail folders — and from timed samples of the work where you agree to them. You decide what to share, and you can withhold anything. Where no record exists and we rely on recollection, we mark the result as an estimate.
The result is a written report: the hours the process takes today, what a system could reasonably take on, what should stay with a person, and whether AI is the right tool at all. Concluding that it is not, or that a simpler fix would do, is a legitimate result. An assessment is not a statutory, financial or compliance audit, and should not be relied on as one.
Figures are estimates. Any hours, time savings, accuracy improvements or other figures we mention — in a reply, on a call, or in an assessment report — are estimates based on the information available to us at the time. They are not promises, and you should satisfy yourself before acting on them.
No obligation. Neither party is obliged to go further after a call or an assessment. If a report recommends building something, we may send you a priced proposal, which you are free to decline. Any build, integration or ongoing support is carried out only under a separate written agreement signed by both parties, and that agreement, not these terms, governs the work.
If the mutual NDA or a signed agreement says something different from these terms, the NDA or the agreement applies.
What you tell us
You are responsible for what you share. Please do not send us confidential information, personal data about other people, trade secrets, or anything you are not free to disclose through the enquiry form, WhatsApp or email, or share it on a problem call. Where that kind of information is needed — for an assessment, for example — it is shared only after a mutual NDA is in place, and you decide what to share.
You confirm the information you give us is accurate to the best of your knowledge, and that you will not use the site to submit unlawful, misleading, or abusive content, or to attempt to disrupt or gain unauthorised access to it.
Confidentiality
Information you share for an assessment is covered by the mutual NDA signed before it starts. Where we go on to do paid work, we will often see how your business actually runs. In both cases we treat that information as confidential, use it only for the assessment or the engagement, and do not disclose it without your permission — except where we are legally required to. The NDA or the engagement agreement sets out the detail.
We will not name you as a client, describe your processes, or publish results from your assessment or engagement without your written consent.
Intellectual property
The content of this website — text, layout, graphics and the Prakreon name — belongs to us. You may read it, share links to it, and quote reasonably from it with attribution. You may not republish it as your own or use it commercially without our permission.
Ownership of anything we build for you as part of a paid engagement is set out in the agreement for that engagement, not here. Our own pre-existing tools, methods, libraries and know-how remain ours.
Third-party tools
The solutions we describe typically sit on top of software you already license — for example spreadsheet platforms, email systems, or third-party AI models. Your use of those tools is governed by their own terms and pricing, which are between you and the relevant provider. We are not responsible for their availability, their changes, or their outputs.
Limits on our liability
This website, our replies to enquiries, problem calls and assessment reports are provided as they are, without warranties of any kind. We do not warrant that the site will be uninterrupted or error-free, or that any estimate or recommendation will hold true for your business.
To the extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect or consequential loss, or for loss of profit, revenue, data or business opportunity, arising from your use of this website, our reply to an enquiry, a problem call or an assessment report. Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot lawfully be limited — including for fraud — or changes what a mutual NDA or signed agreement provides.
Changes and availability
We may update these terms; the current version is always the one on this page, with the date it was last changed shown at the top. We may also change, suspend or withdraw any part of the site, or any offer described on it, without notice. A change does not affect an assessment or engagement already agreed in writing.
Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of India. The courts at Rajkot, Gujarat, India have exclusive jurisdiction over any dispute arising from them or from your use of this website.
