    A written report, measured from your records.

    After a mutual NDA, we measure the hours the process takes today from the records you choose to share. The report sets out what a system could take on, what stays with a person, and whether AI is the right tool at all. Its figures are estimates, not promises, and there is no obligation.

    Build and integrateFixed quoted price

    A working system inside the tools you already use.

    If the report recommends a build, you get a written proposal with a fixed price before any work starts. The price depends on the hours the system can actually remove, which is why we measure first.

  4. 04

    Run and improveAnnual

    Monitoring, fixes and accuracy checks.

    Once it is live we keep the system working, and measure the hours removed against the same baseline the assessment recorded.

You can stop after any step. Nothing is built until you have accepted a written proposal.
