Information you give us. When you send an enquiry through the contact form, we collect your name, your company name, your business email address, your phone number if you choose to give it, and what you tell us about the problem: the problem itself and, if you answer those questions, how it is handled today, how often it happens, how many people are involved and what you would like to improve. We also record the time you sent it and the page you sent it from. You decide what to put in your answers — please don't include confidential data, personal data about other people, or anything you are not free to share.

If you message us on WhatsApp or by email instead, we receive your phone number or email address, the name on your account, and whatever you send us.

If we go on to hold a problem call or a man-hour assessment with your business, the records you choose to share for the assessment are covered by the mutual NDA we sign before it starts, and are used only for that assessment.

Information collected automatically. This site uses Google Analytics, which sets cookies and records information such as your approximate location derived from your IP address, your device and browser type, the pages you view, and how you arrived at the site. We use this in aggregate to understand which pages are useful. We do not use it to identify you personally.

We do not collect payment information through this website, and we do not ask for sensitive personal data.

We use the information you submit only to:

• read the process you described and reply to you, including to arrange a call about it;
• ask follow-up questions if we need them to understand the process;
• discuss working together, if you want to take the conversation further;
• keep our own records of enquiries we have received and responded to.

We process this data on the basis of your consent, given when you submit the form or message us. We do not sell your data, we do not rent it, and we do not share it with third parties for their own marketing.

Your data is handled by us and by the service providers we rely on to run the business — our website host, our email provider, Google (whose Sheets and Gmail we use to store and answer form enquiries), Google Analytics, and WhatsApp if you contact us there. These providers process data on our instructions and only to the extent needed to deliver their service. Some of them operate servers outside India.

We will also disclose information if we are legally required to do so, or where it is necessary to establish or defend a legal claim.

We keep enquiry data for as long as needed to respond to you and for a reasonable period afterwards for our business records — normally up to three years from your last contact with us — unless you ask us to delete it sooner. Analytics data is retained according to the retention period configured in Google Analytics.

Under the Digital Personal Data Protection Act, 2023, you can ask us to give you a copy of the personal data we hold about you, correct anything inaccurate or incomplete, delete it, or withdraw the consent you gave when you submitted the form. Withdrawing consent does not affect anything we did before you withdrew it.

To exercise any of these, email hello@prakreon.com from the address you used to contact us. We will respond within 30 days. If you are not satisfied with how we have handled your request, you may complain to the Data Protection Board of India.

You can also block or delete cookies in your browser settings, or opt out of Google Analytics using Google's browser add-on. The site works normally either way.

Enquiry data is stored in access-controlled accounts, and the site is served over HTTPS. No method of transmission or storage is completely secure, so we cannot guarantee absolute security — but we limit who can reach the data and we do not keep more of it than we need.

This site is aimed at businesses and is not directed at children. We do not knowingly collect personal data from anyone under 18. If you believe a child has given us personal data, contact us and we will delete it.

If we change how we handle personal data, we will update this page and change the date at the top. Material changes will be described here rather than made silently.
