Why we exist
Many businesses understand their processes deeply but don't know how to apply AI effectively. At the same time, many AI professionals understand the technology but have never run the process they are automating. Projects fail in the space between those two positions — usually because nobody in the room had done the job being replaced.
Prakreon exists to close that gap. We understand the business problem first, decide whether AI can solve it, and then build and implement the system. Sometimes that means document intelligence or continuous monitoring. Sometimes it means a process change and no AI at all.
AI should be used when it creates measurable value — not because it is fashionable.

Before Prakreon, Viral spent a decade as a project engineer in oil and gas — brownfield and greenfield execution across refinery, petrochemical, LNG and city gas distribution facilities. FEED through to commissioning: engineering and construction work packages, P&IDs and isometrics, HAZOP and 3D model reviews, vendor coordination, and the cost and schedule control that decides whether a shutdown lands on time. He holds a B.Tech in Petroleum Engineering from Pandit Deendayal Petroleum University.
That matters here for one reason. The gap this company exists to close is not theoretical to him. He has been the person reconciling a specification against what an instrument actually reported, chasing a vendor drawing through three revisions, and assembling a progress report by hand on a Friday evening — the exact category of work these systems now do.
It also explains the portfolio. BISBridge, an ESG platform and a tender monitor look unrelated until you notice they all come from document-heavy, compliance-driven, coordination-intensive industrial work. That is the environment he came from, and it is where AI currently has the most obvious unused headroom.
Most of what we publish comes from projects rather than theory. The aim is not to be an authority on AI — it is to be useful to people running operations who are trying to work out what this technology can actually do for them.
