Every figure in your BRSR, traced back to the page it came from.
The ESG reads your bills, invoices and certificates. Your team approves each extracted value beside the source document, and every reported figure keeps its link to the evidence — which is what an assessment or assurance provider asks to see.
30 minutes on a video call, on sample data. No cost and no obligation.
Why it matters this year
From FY 2026-27, BRSR Core assessment or assurance reaches the top 1,000 listed companies by market capitalisation. SEBI circular, 28 March 2025
Assurance tests evidence. In KPMG's review of 94 NIFTY100 companies, one received a qualified opinion because the assurance provider could not obtain sufficient and appropriate evidence. Source: KPMG India, February 2026.
ESG reporting is a data problem before it is a writing problem.
The data lives in documents
Utility bills, fuel invoices, certificates and site records, spread across locations and arriving as PDFs and photographs.
The link to the evidence gets lost
By the time a number reaches the report it has passed through spreadsheets and emails, and nobody can say which page it came from.
Assurance asks for exactly that link
An assessment or assurance provider tests whether each reported figure is supported by evidence. Rebuilding that trail at year end is slow and uncertain.
One chain from the source document to the disclosure.

Documents in
Upload bills, invoices and certificates for each site. The ESG reads them and extracts the values, with a confidence score for every field.

- 02
Reviewed beside the source
Every extracted value is shown next to the document it came from. A person approves or rejects it, and only approved values become data.

- 03
Structured for the frameworks
A metric library and calculation layer sit between the data and the disclosures. BRSR Core KPIs and framework readiness are tracked as the data comes in, not assembled at year end.

- 04
Traced back when asked
Any figure can be followed back through the metric and the approved value to the source document. An audit log records every change.

A video call with Prakreon's founder, on sample data. What the demo covers:

- 02Approving and rejecting values beside the source document
- 03BRSR Core KPIs, Scope 1 to 3 and framework readiness built from the approved data
- 04Following a reported figure back to the page it came from, and the audit log behind it
Questions
- What happens in the demo?
- A 30-minute video call. We walk through The ESG on sample data: documents in, review beside the source, BRSR Core KPIs and carbon accounting, and the trace from a reported figure back to its evidence. Bring your questions about your own reporting.
- Do we need to share our data for the demo?
- No. The demo runs on sample data. Please do not send confidential figures or documents through the form.
- Does The ESG provide assurance?
- No. Prakreon is not an assurance provider. The ESG keeps the evidence behind each figure, which is what an assessment or assurance provider asks to see.
- Is supplier (value-chain) data required?
- Not today. SEBI made value-chain disclosures voluntary for the top 250 listed companies from FY 2025-26. If you choose to report them, supplier documents can go through the same evidence chain.
