Every weight is typed by hand
The operator reads the balance display and types each weight into the HUID portal. Every number has to be right, article after article, consignment after consignment.
Tags are entered one row at a time
A consignment of twenty articles means twenty tag entries, and a short or overlapping range is often found only after submission.
Photos are a separate trip
HUID and article photos are taken and uploaded apart from the weighing, so the same consignment is worked through more than once.

Live weight from the balance
The balance connects to the desk PC with a USB-to-RS232 cable. Its reading shows live beside the portal form, and one click captures it into the correct row.
Works on the portal desks you already use
Receiving, weighing and update-weight desks on huid.manakonline.in are filled from the captured values. Your operator signs in to the portal exactly as today.
Tag IDs by range
Group a consignment by article type and give each group a tag range. The count is checked against the rows, so a short range is caught before you submit.
Photos in the same pass, or in bulk
Capture HUID and article photos row by row with the weighing, or upload a batch of photos in one go.
Row by row through the consignment
Previous, next and skip move through the item table in order, so a consignment is worked as one sequence instead of many trips around the screen.
Updates install themselves
Once installed, new versions download in the background and take effect the next time Chrome starts. There is nothing for your staff to update.

- Is BISBridge approved by BIS?
- No. BISBridge is independent software made by Prakreon. It is not made, approved or endorsed by BIS. It works inside the HUID portal in your own Chrome browser, where your operator is already signed in.
- Do you need our portal login?
- No. Your operator signs in to the HUID portal as usual. We never ask for your portal password.
- Will it work with our balance?
- The makes and series listed on this page are supported. If yours is not listed, tell us the model number when you request the trial and we will check before installing.
- How is it installed?
- Remotely, on a call with your operator. A setup program installs it on the desk PC, then three clicks in Chrome load it. We test it on your balance before we finish.
- What does it cost after the trial?
- The trial is free for 15 days. Before it ends we send you the price for continuing, and nothing is charged unless you agree to it.
